Information Science

Majoring in Information Science means not only to pursue more effective use of Computers and Information Technology in various fields but also to better understand how these tools and technology work, to deepen the knowledge of fundamental principles of their mechanisms. We provide study and research topics in two major categories. One is the area in which theoretical or mathematical principles of Computation and of Data Structure are explained. The other focuses on practical applications where students learn how to develop computer programs and where they enhance understanding of the structure and practical performance of the modern computer through their hands-on experiences in the Computer Laboratory.
